Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Ingredients

3 - cup, Chickpeas (garbanzo beans, bengal gram), mature seeds, canned Canned

2 - tbsp, Lemon juice, canned or bottled

2 - tbsp, Seeds, sesame butter, tahini, from roasted and toasted kernels (most common type)

3 - clove, Garlic, raw

1/4 - cup, Oil, olive, salad or cooking

1 - tsp , Salt, Kosher

8 - oz , Roasted Red Peppers
Method
- Roast garlic on stove top with a little bit of oil. Allow garlic & oil to cool.
- In a food processor combine chicken peas, lemon juice, tahini, roasted garlic, salt, olive oil and roasted red peppers and blend until smooth and creamy.
