Pecan Rolls

Equipment
- 9 x 13 pan
Ingredients
- 7 oz package of pecans
- Cinnamon (as desired)
- 1 stick of butter
- 3-3/4 oz package of butterscotch pudding (not instant)
- Frozen roll dough, ~16 rolls
- 1 Cup brown sugar
Method
- Grease 9 x 13 pan.
- Sprinkle bottom with pecans, then pudding and cinnamon.
- Arrange dough balls on top.
- Using microwave or stovetop, melt butter together with brown sugar, until sugar is fully dissolved. Pour over rolls.
- Cover overnight to let rise.
- Bake at 350 deg F for 20-25 mins.
- Turn over on foiled jelly roll pan.
