Pecan Rolls

Equipment

  • 9 x 13 pan

Ingredients

  • 7 oz package of pecans
  • Cinnamon (as desired)
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 3-3/4 oz package of butterscotch pudding (not instant)
  • Frozen roll dough, ~16 rolls
  • 1 Cup brown sugar

Method

  1. Grease 9 x 13 pan.

  1. Sprinkle bottom with pecans, then pudding and cinnamon.

  1. Arrange dough balls on top.

  1. Using microwave or stovetop, melt butter together with brown sugar, until sugar is fully dissolved. Pour over rolls.

  1. Cover overnight to let rise.

  1. Bake at 350 deg F for 20-25 mins.

  1. Turn over on foiled jelly roll pan.
