Spicy Korean Rice Cakes
Ingredients

2 cups rice cakes

1 cup oden

2 cups water

2 tbsp sugar

1 heaping tbsp gochujang (red pepper paste)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 green onions chopped

1 tbsp red pepper powder

1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
Method
- Boil water with rice cakes.
- Mix in sugar and red pepper paste.
- Add soy sauce and red pepper powder and flakes and bring back up to boil.
- Add oden and green onions and boil for 10-15 more minutes until sauce thickens.
