1/2 cup diced red onion

1/2 cup chopped celery, or diced apple

1/2 cup red grapes, halved

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup chopped or slivered nuts (I prefer pecans)

1/2 cup mayonnaise (or plain greek yogurt)

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, or more, to taste

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
